"We had been having lights blow out throughout our house over the past 2 years along with surging electricity. I passed a billboard for Mr.Sparky and decided to call. They were very polite on the phone and was able to work with my schedule to get an electrician out to my house. Benjamin Buck was my electrician. He was very informative and thorough. He explained the issues that we had with the house and was able to schedule the repairs that weekend. I haven’t had a lot of experience with electrical issues but I knew we had an issue. Ben explained the various levels of service, answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I was very apprehensive about fixing all the issues at once, as it is expensive but I decided the safety of my family is more important than anything. They were able to complete replacement of the two control panels, switched out all the light switches (about 30) and all the electrical plugs (70 plugs) in one weekend. The install team that worked the weekend (Mark Mares and Justin Ruble) were very professional and clean. I highly recommend this team for anyone who is having issues."
