I had my smoke detectors replaced yesterday, and I was very pleased with my tech Alex!😀 He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. He explained and showed me my options to bring my electric up to code for my older home, and didn't pressure me to pursue these additional items right away. When my detectors started their high-pitched, annoying chirping on Saturday at midnight, it was virtually impossible for my dog & I to sleep. Finally, in the morning I started going through the Yellow pages, searching for a company to come out. I just kept getting answering machines. However, I had an "Ah-ha" moment, remembering my sister had used Mr. Sparky several times, and was very pleased with the excellent work and pricing. I contacted Mr. Sparky due to a serious safety issue with my electrical system. Mr. Ratici, from Mr. Sparky did a safety inspection and gave me three separate options to correct the problems. He was very knowledgeable and friendly after making a decision. I contacted him and he was able to come back the same day to correct the problems.
