Both Ian and Zach were very professional employees of Mr Sparky. Ian gave me a quote for some electrical work at a reasonable price last week. Zach completed the work at the agreed upon price and did some additional electrical work for additional cost day of the project. Zach was thorough, polite and cleaned up as if he had never been here once the job was completed.
We had an outlet that wasn’t working or so I thought. We called and they let us know that They could send someone in the next morning, which happened to be a Saturday ( And no, they didn’t charge us extra) The gentleman that came out name was Ross and he did an amazing job. He was able to find the actual problem and fix it very quickly. I also really appreciated that he let me know how he fixed it in case it ever happened again. The technician was awesome and I really appreciated that he was on time Very courteous and knowledgeable
I highly recommend Russell Howell at Mr. Sparky. He installed a ceiling fan in my 1955 built home that had been previously installed in a dangerous manner.
