We had an outlet that wasn’t working or so I thought. We called and they let us know that They could send someone in the next morning, which happened to be a Saturday ( And no, they didn’t charge us extra) The gentleman that came out name was Ross and he did an amazing job. He was able to find the actual problem and fix it very quickly. I also really appreciated that he let me know how he fixed it in case it ever happened again. The technician was awesome and I really appreciated that he was on time Very courteous and knowledgeable
I have used Mr. Sparky several times and have always had excellent service. Today Isaiah was my technician and he was the best of all. He quickly assessed the problem and made the appropriate adjustments. Thanks for a great job.
Arrived on time, explained everything and was able to answer my questions about certain points during the repairs. Second service members included an apprentice and senior technician, both were very courteous and respectful as they started general repairs. They were kind enough to listen to me and laughed at my jokes, as bad as they were. We were completely at ease while they completed the repairs. I would definitely recommend them to others.
I want to preface this review with the fact that I'm highly suspicious of all companies in general but I just a had quote for a panel replacement by Alex and I must say, it was incredibly thorough. I think it's important to have more information to work with than just a basic in-and-out quote because I assume these reps are experts and learning more about my home from their perspective is incredibly helpful. It gives consumers the ability ti make more informed and educated decisions.
Michael was great! He was very thorough and professional. He treated my home with respect, including cleaning up after himself. I won't call anyone else for electrical work.
