Update: Work was completed. Terry was a joy. He took the time to explain things and best of all he fixed my 2 outlets and got me up to code with my new breaker box. They may not be the cheapest in town. But remember you get what you pay for. I felt like I was provided top notch service. Consultation- Great experience. I needed a few things fixed. Alex was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and I get my new breaker box installed tomorrow. I would definitely recommend.

I had my smoke detectors replaced yesterday, and I was very pleased with my tech Alex!😀 He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. He explained and showed me my options to bring my electric up to code for my older home, and didn't pressure me to pursue these additional items right away. When my detectors started their high-pitched, annoying chirping on Saturday at midnight, it was virtually impossible for my dog & I to sleep. Finally, in the morning I started going through the Yellow pages, searching for a company to come out. I just kept getting answering machines. However, I had an "Ah-ha" moment, remembering my sister had used Mr. Sparky several times, and was very pleased with the excellent work and pricing. So I googled them, and found they are open 24 hours!!👏👏 It was so awesome to talk to a human and let her know all I'd been going through. She said they might be able to come out the same day, if a cancellation happened. But, she scheduled me for Monday. This entire experience has been very positive, and I am very happy that I have high quality detectors with a 10 year guarantee and no battery to replace...ever!!! It was awesome to be able to sleep in a quiet home again, knowing that I have new detectors that are safe...and no chirping noise!! I will recommend Mr. Sparky to all my family and friends!!

I recently had Mr. Sparky electrician, Zach install three smart switches and two fans in my home. I was very impressed with his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. He was courteous and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions. When one of the fans was found to be the wrong size, he promptly returned to resolve the issue without any hassle. His knowledge of the products was evident, and he made sure everything was installed perfectly. I highly recommend his services! Thank you Zach!

I want to preface this review with the fact that I'm highly suspicious of all companies in general but I just a had quote for a panel replacement by Alex and I must say, it was incredibly thorough. I think it's important to have more information to work with than just a basic in-and-out quote because I assume these reps are experts and learning more about my home from their perspective is incredibly helpful. It gives consumers the ability ti make more informed and educated decisions.
