I am so glad I called Mister Sparky!! This company is a class act and from the minute I met our Electrician Chris K I was put at ease that I made the right call. I knew there were electrical issues with our condo and it was confirmed after Chris performed a very through safety inspection. Super impressed how complex the inspection was and the report was comprehensive. Chris explained all the issues in detail and also gave made sure I understood the services they provide so I could make an informed decision. I will be a customer for life!!

Received a quote promptly (same day). Work completed within one day, as promised. Technician appeared to do quality work while overcoming obstacles that were out of his control. Office staff was pleasant to work with. Supervisors were immediately accessible and responded professionally. The company guarantees to be on time, and they stand behind that guarantee. I'll use them again, and recommend them to others who are looking for reliable, local electrical expertise.

Friendly and informative. He always greeted me with handshake and also when he was leaving. Any questions I had he would explain them clearly. He offered suggestions and made changes that made my life more simpler. The best suggestion he made was to put a dimmer switch in the bathroom. Perfect. When he changed the light switches in the master bedroom, he noticed that I had put tape over one of the switches and asked why. I told him that because that switch controls the refrigerator in my room, I put it there so I wouldn't turn the power off (which I had done previously). He explained to me that he can change it over to a "constant" power and I wouldn't have to worry about killing the power to my refrigerator. He also rearranged the layout, which made more convenient for me. First switch ceiling fan light, second switch ceiling fan, third switch constant power (no switch needed). Liam is a great employee. He is a keeper.

Miguel was very skilled in identifying the problem and went above and beyond to provide a solution. Unfortunately my only option is to purchase a new ceiling fan. I’ll definitely call him back when I purchase one. Update. Chris Kempel came out to conduct a no charge electrical inspection and recommended some critical areas to correct. He was extremely thorough and respectful of our home. We decided to make the necessary corrections. The next day Terry Abner came and spent the majority of the day making the requested upgrades and did a fantastic job. All of the technicians worked extremely hard, were respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves and kept us apprised of the work being completed. Highly recommend!
