I would recommend this company over and over again!!!! I called around 11 am. Couldn't get in until Wednesday. She offered to move me up if there's a cancellation. She called me around 11: 30ish and said they could be here between 12-12:30. ABSOLUTELY!!! They found 2 outlets that was definitely A FIRE HAZARD!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SAVING OUR FAMILY!!!!
Murphy, Cody and Adam were all so very professional and very nice! They showed up with just minutes for a heads up ready to go! I would definitely recommend this company and this crew! Our first guy was cool as heck too, but I unfortunately cannot remember his name (he talked more so with my husband the first time he came and I was half awake the second time 😅). My new furnace is beautiful and the thing that really stood out to me was their clean up! There was absolutely no trash left over for me to pick up after they left! Which I am so thankful for. Again, very professional. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks, guys!
Ethan and Cody (apprentice) were polite, knowledgeable and professional. Ethan listened to our concerns/problems and then they "jumped" into action. They completed our project, cleaned up and continued on their way to the next job. They did an excellent job.
We are so impressed with Ethan from Mr. Sparky! He is on time, courteous, does a great job explaining what work needs to be done, and has great customer service. He and his trainee, Lucas, have been here twice in the past month to upgrade some things as we work on updating our 1989 home.
