They scheduled a window and then called when the technician was headed my way and even gave me an ETA. The technician was friendly, explain the possible problems and had an estimate for me before doing the work. He was able to fix the issue. He kept things neat and clean. I also appreciate getting a paid invoice immediately and when I ask for an estimate on other electrical work needing to be done, the technician was able to put the estimate together, explain it to me, and send it to my email in 15 minutes.
