From the initial call, my experience with Mister Sparky was great. I got an advice on what kind of exhaust fan I should be getting before committing to them. James, the technician arrived earlier than the appointment window (which is rare!), was very thorough explaining what work would be done and answering to all my questions. From the start to finish, it was a pleasant experience!

I hired Mister Sparky through Thumbtack and the technician that arrived was amazing! They were quick and professional in the communication via email before the appointment. The technician (James) was more than helpful, and he knew what he was talking about. He went and got all the parts and did a great job installing them. He reviewed everything with me and helped me understand what was being done and what the charges were. I have already asked them to come and install three lighting fixtures. I am very happy with my experience with Mister Sparky.

James was great! We had three projects on the list and he explained the pros and cons of each with so much detail. James was able to complete the biggest project within the same day after. He noticed I was on a work call and closed the office door before turning on the vacuum to complete the project! I’d definitely use Mr Sparky again and request James if I can.

James provided a detailed inspection of my home and then provided a fair quote. I accepted some work right on the spot. I was pleased with how well he educated me about my home's electric system and devices. Every touch point from the office to the field visit were high quality, personable, and professional. Very glad to have found this company and would recommend them to anyone getting started with or curious about electric work in their home.

James was awesome. He explained everything to us thoroughly and gave us our options for replacing our exhaust fans in our bathrooms. When we decided which option to go with he did a great job and made the whole experience pleasant and was efficient. The cost was reasonable too!
