I hired Mister Sparky through Thumbtack and the technician that arrived was amazing! They were quick and professional in the communication via email before the appointment. The technician (James) was more than helpful, and he knew what he was talking about. He went and got all the parts and did a great job installing them. He reviewed everything with me and helped me understand what was being done and what the charges were. I have already asked them to come and install three lighting fixtures. I am very happy with my experience with Mister Sparky.
James was great! We had three projects on the list and he explained the pros and cons of each with so much detail. James was able to complete the biggest project within the same day after. He noticed I was on a work call and closed the office door before turning on the vacuum to complete the project! I’d definitely use Mr Sparky again and request James if I can.
James was incredible. He fixed outlets, moved wiring, and was a total pleasure. He was mindful of our 2 gates and making sure gates were closed. And no surprises when it came time to tally up the day. We will be asking for him soon to put up fixtures.
