Ryan, the electrician, called to introduce himself and give me an approximate arrival time. He arrived when he said he would and immediately assessed what needed to be fixed. He even discovered something that was affecting the fan not working properly. He was very thorough, professional and kind. His knowledge of electrical work is exemplary. He is AMAZING and a definite asset to Mr. Sparky. I highly recommend him and Mr. Sparky! This was such a pleasant experience.
Just had my routine check up completed with Mr. Henderson Garrido and he was wonderful. Henderson was very professional from the very first phone call to ensure I was home and ready for his arrival. He was very polite, considerate of my home by wearing his booties to cover his shoes and was very honest about his findings.
