Ryan, the electrician, called to introduce himself and give me an approximate arrival time. He arrived when he said he would and immediately assessed what needed to be fixed. He even discovered something that was affecting the fan not working properly. He was very thorough, professional and kind. His knowledge of electrical work is exemplary.
