Unusually the main breaker failed on the panel at about 7:30pm. It was freezing outside. Alexander was at the house in 22 minutes and quickly assessed the problem. Unfortunately it’ was not a readily available part so they would need to come back in the morning. However, Alex called his boss and they managed to find one! It was fixed within the hour and the heating was back on! I’ve led global service organizations for 2 Fortune 500 companies and this level of focus on successful customer outcomes and great customer experience is as good as it gets!
Daniel and his team done a fantastic job. They were here when they said they would be,very professial ,courtious,well mannered.
