We listed it out and confirmed the work and materials she would provide and I would get(the fan). She provided the price. I accepted and we scheduled the next week. As promised she was her 1st call of the day. She worked non stop until completed almost 6 hours. Cleaned up everything as she had to cut the holes for the lights. Everything looks great.
