"After doing some research and having to use an electrician for the first time I chose to call Mister Sparky. McKayla at the main office was professional and friendly in answering my questions before booking an appointment 5/13/2024. I needed a 3 gang bathroom switch rewired to operate properly. Tom McGovern was sent to do the job. He was professional, social and polite. He didn't mind me watching the work he was doing as I am always curious how things work. Tom found out (that I already suspected) the owner did not wire it properly in the first place. Tom proceeded to diagnose and repair the improper wiring. He was able to complete the job during his visit and didn't take much time to do it. This was a great first time experience and I am sure I now have a company I can rely on for future work. I highly recommend Mister Sparky and will also request Tom McGovern to be my service electrician for the job."

"Eli did a great job inspecting the electrical aspects of our house. He informed us where he was going, what he was looking for and what he found. He left a detailed hard copy of his results and provided options via email on resolving issues. He has been at our house for another call last year and it was good seeing him. Great employee. He came bac tonight and we had an indepth discussion of what was needed and Eli did and outstanding job of explaining everything on the estimate to my satisfaction"

"Alex was early which was great. Asked good questions, reviewed all aspects of our issue, got right on it after explaining his plan , carried it out efficiently, got the system up and running. Gave us a review of current issues, current steps to solve those issues, carried them out to completion. Have us proposal to handle upcoming problems and safety issues involving specific aspects and solutions for the long term. All was presented in a very logical fashion and conveyed a hard copy of his suggestions. He is a great representative of the company and very professional in the presentation . We will be moving forward with the plan."
