He was polite and patient as we explained our situation and once he did an assessment, he provided us the most cost effective ways to repair the problem. We found this refreshing and helpful because there was no guess work or price negotiation involved, the price was reasonable and the electrician explained the repair process, providing us with each cost option associated with it and gave us his recommendation based on our needs.
