I am so pleased with the work and professionalism provided by this company! We had a semi-emergent matter so my husband called and they were able to schedule us quickly! Dylan C. was our technician and I cannot say enough great things! He was punctual, professional, honest, and fair! He was very knowledgeable in his craft. We will probably be needing some more things done in the future, and will be definitely be going through Dylan at Mister Sparky! I would and will be recommending Mister Sparky and Dylan to anyone who has electrical related needs!
We are very pleased with the work done at our home by this company! We had a serious situation that was handled promptly and very professionally. Dylan and his assistant were very knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to get our situation handled so we could leave for a trip that we had to go on. There aren’t enough words to express our appreciation and the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely call this company for our future electrical needs.
We had a great experience with Mr. Sparky. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Nathan and his team were fantastic—professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They worked quickly and efficiently, and even added an extra outlet in a room that didn’t previously have one, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Overall, a smooth process and a great experience. Highly recommend!
Hands down professional electrician service. Highly recommend. Heres the process for my experience. Nathan did the initial visit. He was very thorough and listened to all our rewiring needs. He provided the estimate at the same visit. For any electrician services be ready to pay for good service. It was easonable for us. They have finance options which we used. Nathan and Patrick then did the services. It was nice to have the continuity with Nathan doing the services because he took notes and we did a quick run down again of the services needed. It took 2 days. While at the house, Nathan always checked and asked questions throughout the time here. I neve felt uncomfortable to ask questions. The communication and that Nathan was very personable, was a big positive in my experience. Also wanted to mention Kim at the office was also so kind, communicative and helpful. Will definitely use their services again!
I called mister sparky in the morning about our dryer not working believing it was an electrical issue after attempting other repairs / replacements we could do ourselves. They had an electrician out to me just a few short hours later and fixed the issue super fast! The electricians were in and out, very professional and knowledgable. We just purchased our first home and having them come out and fix the issue as well as do a courtesy check of all of our outlets and other appliances gives us peace of mind that everything is working perfectly! Their pricing is straight forward and up front, they were very affordable! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician, and we will definitely be repeat customers in the future for any of our future electrical needs! Thank you mister sparky! Our dryer is now working perfect and the peace of mind your electricians were able to give me and my husband is priceless :)
