"I called Mr. Sparky and asked for a huge favor to try to find someone that might be available today on short notice. Customer service representative Karen told me she’s going to try her best to work something out Karen called me back within a few minutes and said I have an electrician in the area and he’s going to see you shortly.i was very happy. Karen had a most pleasant and very kind voice showing compassion for me who needed a favor for such short notice. They sent the technician Corey Who immediately diagnosed my problem and corrected the power outage almost immediately. You could tell that he had a lifetime worth of experience, knowing exactly what to do and got it done without hesitation. It was very kind to me and very accommodating and I would like others to know, from the first moment, I placed my phone call to the job being completed literally one and a half hours later. I was just thrilled with the service in a fast moving world these days, especially in Florida, it is very difficult to find contractors willing to please especially with such short notice. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Sparky to anybody that I know for any job having to do with electricity and electrical installations. They sent me Orie who has more than 30 years experience and that’s the kind of man you want in your house. He was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable.
